WHY DECIDE ON A SUBSCRIPTION?
Since working as a photographer for the last 4 years I decided to research into ways to support the companies, that work with and beyond. A subscription if not a new thing but it is a supportive option for companies to sign-up for and recieve professional photographs.
With technology improving, uses of AI and your mobile phone. Helps keep social media current and fresh. However using professional photographs for social media, marketing, promotions and website are help show professionalism to your audience.
A important part of this subscription is support and I believe that any relationship should be collaborative and enjoyable. I build this into this subscription, with regaler 1:1’s, mutal learning about one another, along with business promotion.

Additionally, a 30-minute consultation call will be scheduled before each photography session to discuss your requirements and start planning.
Upon agreeing to your subscription, you will receive the contract for signing by both parties.

Monthly photo sets can be accessed through subscriptions or by booking a photographer for 4 hours each month to capture images all year round.
My collaborative approach involves monthly planning sessions with 30-minute consultations to tailor photo shoots to your brand. These subscriptions allow us to handle the photography work while you focus on other aspects of your business.
This subscription package is popular among businesses in the hospitality, restaurant, personal training, and food manufacturing industries.
Please note that the packages includes a limit of 18 photos per 2-hour shoot per month from a selection of images in your gallery.
Upon agreeing to your subscription, you will receive the contract for signing by both parties.

How does the subscription process work?

For thismeeting, we have the option to meet in person, have a phone call, or use Zoom for our discussion. This meeting or call will be for scheduling your monthly photography session.
If you choose for me to take care of the planning, the call will be to confirm the shoot and go over my ideas for the upcoming session.
Please keep in mind that this conversation will help me better understand you, your requirements, and your personal style or brand.

Planning is crucial for the success of any photo shoot, and my goal is to ensure that you are well-prepared for each session. With your subscription package, you can expect a detailed action plan and a mood board tailored to your ideas following our consultation. Keep in mind that these plans can be adjusted as needed to accommodate any changes in your creative vision throughout your subscription period.

If we are planning a brand or lifestyle shoot and we may need a location if your space isn’t suitable I can offer location scouting as an additional service if you need more in-depth support - just ask me for a quote.

Each session is designed to be relaxed, enjoyable, and free of stress. Depending on your requirements, each session can be carried out independently with careful planning. Feel free to communicate any changes you may need before or during the session, as my goal is to make the experience enjoyable and productive. Rest assured that I am capable of delivering what you need according to our collaborative plan.

I’ll choose all the best images from our shoot. I will edit them and create a private online gallery of the images in both Hi & Low Res JPEGS for you to download. You will receive an email with an access link to a private online gallery where you can view and select your favourite pictures.
You have the option to have larger sized images that can be sent via WeTransfer.
DETAILS & EXTRAS
Timescales - Choose the duration of the subscription that best suits your company's needs. Rescheduling for each shoot will be arranged a month in advance to ensure both parties are aware of the monthly or yearly shoot schedule.
Payment schedule - Subscription fees are set to be charged at the beginning of each month throughout the subscription period.
Aftercare - Upon receiving the final online gallery link from the client, I express my willingness to continue providing support by requesting permission in my contract to be tagged on social media when sharing the final images or any #behindthescene posts. This mutual support extends throughout our collaboration and even after its conclusion, as I will reciprocate by tagging clients when I utilize the images from our shoot.

Additional Costs*
Travel fees will be applied if the photographer needs to travel more than 10 miles from the location and travel time. Additional charges may occur for studio rental or locations. Extended editing and extra hours of photography can be accommodated upon request.
Any supplementary costs will be communicated beforehand.
Optional Add Ons*
Consider adding extra shoots to the subscription for a lower price. You can also include GIFs, Reels, or blog content.
