If we're planning a brand or lifestyle photoshoot and your chosen location isn't suitable, I can help find better locations. This service includes finding spots that match your shoot's style and vision.

Once the photoshoot is complete, we move on to the crucial post-production phase. This involves carefully selecting, editing, and retouching images to ensure they consistently meet our high standards of quality.

· Usage Rights & Licensing: Clear instructions on image usage rights and licenses will be provided, allowing you to confidently use the photos across multiple platforms.
· Private Gallery: You will receive an email with a link to a private online gallery where you can view, select, and download your favourite photos.
· Larger Files: For larger sized images, we can provide them via WeTransfer, making it simple to receive high-quality files for any specific needs.

DETAILS & EXTRAS
Timescales and Scheduling
Subscription Duration: Select the duration that best fits your company’s needs, monthly, quarterly, or annually. Each shoot will be scheduled a month in advance to ensure both parties are well-prepared and informed about the upcoming schedule.
Rescheduling: If any changes are needed, we will arrange rescheduling at least one month in advance to accommodate both parties’ availability.
Payment Schedule
Fees: Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each month for the duration of your subscription. This approach simplifies budgeting and ensures consistent service delivery.
Aftercare and Support
I believe in fostering strong, ongoing relationships with all my clients, which is why I include a few after-care steps in our agreement to ensure mutual support and collaboration after the shoot:
Social media & sharing: Once you receive the final online gallery, I kindly request that you tag my social media accounts when sharing the photos or posting #BehindTheScenes content. In return, I’ll do the same by tagging your business when showcasing images from our session. This mutual support helps promote both our work and strengthens our collaboration.
Reciprocal promotion: I’m committed to promoting your business by tagging you in posts featuring the images from our shoot, offering additional exposure and recognition for your brand.
