Initial Consultation & Creative Planning
We’ll meet in person, over the phone, or via Zoom to discuss your brand, goals, and how photography can help. I’ll share my process, answer your questions, and brainstorm ideas to plan a photoshoot that captures your brand’s unique story. For subscription clients, we also schedule monthly check-ins to keep visuals fresh and on-brand.

Location Scouting (Optional)
If your chosen location isn’t quite right for a brand or lifestyle shoot, I can help find alternatives that match your vision. Some locations may have hire fees, which I’ll clearly outline upfront so there are no surprises.

Easy Booking & Scheduling
Once we’ve agreed on a date and time, I’ll send an online contract and deposit invoice. Once your deposit is received, your session is officially booked, and I’ll start planning every detail to ensure a smooth, enjoyable shoot.

Professional Post-Production Editing
After the shoot, I carefully select, edit, and retouch your images to ensure high-quality results:

Mood Boards & Shot Planning
Before the shoot, I’ll create a custom mood board that reflects your style and brand. This visual guide helps align the team’s vision, sets the atmosphere, and highlights key storytelling elements. For subscription clients, I create fresh mood boards for each session, so every shoot is on-brand, creative, and engaging.

Under £300: Full payment upon booking
Over £300: 50% deposit to secure the session; balance on shoot day
Subscription Fees: Charged monthly at the start of each subscription

Travel fees for locations 10+ miles from base
