After our initial meeting, we'll have a creative brainstorming session to plan your photoshoot. We will explore ideas that showcase your brand's unique atmosphere, highlight your offerings, and identify key storytelling elements.

This collaboration ensures the shoot matches your brand's identity and goals, resulting in engaging visuals for your audience.

After you confirm the date and time for your photography session, I'll send you an online contract and deposit invoice. Once I have received your deposit, I'll secure our shoot time and begin planning.

I will create a mood board to show your preferences before the photoshoot. This board captures the style and look we want to achieve, providing inspiration and ensuring everyone understands the desired atmosphere and story.

This step helps to align the team’s creative vision and guarantees that the results reflect the essence of your brand.

If we're planning a brand or lifestyle photoshoot and your chosen location isn't suitable, I can help find better locations. This service includes finding spots that match your shoot's style and vision.

Please note that some locations may have fees, and I'll let you know the options and costs in the invoice.

Once the photoshoot is complete, we move on to the crucial post-production phase. This involves carefully selecting, editing, and retouching images to ensure they consistently meet our high standards of quality.

·       Image Formats: You’ll receive both high-resolution images for print and optimized versions for web and social media use, all stored in a digital format for easy access.

·       Usage Rights & Licensing: Clear instructions on image usage rights and licenses will be provided, allowing you to confidently use the photos across multiple platforms.

·       Private Gallery: You will receive an email with a link to a private online gallery where you can view, select, and download your favourite photos.

·       Larger Files: For larger sized images, we can provide them via WeTransfer, making it simple to receive high-quality files for any specific needs.
