My Professional Photography Process – Step by Step
1. Initial Consultation & Creative Planning
We’ll meet in person, over the phone, or via Zoom to discuss your brand, goals, and style. This stage is all about collaboration, listening to your needs while sharing ideas to shape a clear creative direction.
2. Easy Booking & Scheduling
To keep things stress-free, I offer straightforward contracts, invoicing, and flexible scheduling. This reflects my value of progression, making the process smooth so you can focus on your business while I handle the details.
3. Mood Boards & Shot Planning
Before the shoot, I create a custom mood board to capture your brand’s look and feel. This is where creative thinking comes to life, ensuring the shoot reflects your identity and stands out in a crowded market.
4. Location Scouting (Optional)
Not sure where to shoot? I’ll suggest options that align with your brand’s story, whether it’s a café, studio, gym, wellness space, or property.
Any hire fees are outlined clearly in advance.
5. Post-Production Editing
Every image is carefully selected and retouched for high-quality results. I approach editing with progression in mind, staying current with techniques so your images always look polished and professional. You will recieve:

Under £300: Full payment upon booking
Over £300: 50% deposit to secure the session; balance on shoot day
Subscription Fees: Charged monthly at the start of each subscription

Travel fees for locations 10+ miles from base
Studio rental if required
Extended services (extra hours or advanced editing)
Travel time charge, to shoot locations
Subscription Scheduling:
Monthly, quarterly, or annual durations available
