  • A: This depends on your package. An "Interior Refresh" usually takes 2 hours, while a "Full Property Story" or commercial site documentation is a full-day commitment (up to 6 hours).

  • A: I use professional composition to make rooms feel airy and inviting, never cramped or distorted. As part of my "Creative Direction Standard," I’ll help tweak furniture, linens, and decor on-site to ensure every shot looks editorial-ready

  • A: I use a "Natural-Plus" approach. I prioritize the authentic glow of your space but use professional bracketed lighting to ensure North-facing rooms look bright and the views out your windows are crystal clear.

  • A: Yes. You receive two sets of files: High-resolution images for large-scale print and brochures, and web-optimized files specifically sized for instant upload to OTAs and social media.
