The Strategy Chat
We meet via Zoom or in person to dig deep into your commercial goals. This is not a basic briefing session; it is a collaborative deep dive to ensure our creative direction is perfectly aligned with your brand's objectives and commercial targets.

The Game Plan
We build a custom mood board to define the visual direction and layout of your project with precision. You will also receive a dedicated Welly Prep guide covering wardrobe, styling, and location logistics. So the day itself holds no surprises.
03.
The Shoot
Relaxed, structured, and fully directed. We specialise in working with camera-shy subjects and managing complex, high-pressure commercial environments. We handle all technical lighting and spatial direction. Your only job is to show up and be the expert you already are.
04.
The Polish & Edit
Every image is carefully hand-retouched to an editorial, high-end finish. We stay continuously ahead of architectural, hospitality, and corporate branding trends to ensure your visual assets look current, clean, and entirely professional.
05.
Beyond the Delivery
We don't operate a send-and-forget policy. We provide thorough aftercare support, regularly sharing your finished imagery across our own professional platforms and offering creative insights to help your digital brand continue to grow.

Most sessions range from one to six hours. Full hotel refreshes or fit-outs typically need a full day; individual headshot sessions can often be done within an hour.

Yes. We're experienced in navigating live commercial environments, working efficiently around your team with no disruption to daily operations.

We monitor forecasts closely beforehand. If conditions would compromise exterior hero shots, we reschedule that portion at no additional cost.

Creative strategy planning, expert on-site styling, high-end editing, and full commercial usage rights for website, print and social channels.

Typically 72 hours to 7 business days of the shoot date, depending on project scope.

We cover Northamptonshire and the wider Midlands as standard, and travel UK-wide. Travel outside our immediate radius is calculated at £0.60 per mile, included in your quote upfront.

A 50% deposit locks your date into our schedule, with the remaining balance due on the day. Smaller projects may require full upfront payment, confirmed in your quote.
