Start up day
On the 11th of October, I completed a headshot day promotion at the Northampton library.
On this day I shot 35 different people and the offer was that I took roughly 5 images of either smile, straight faces or both. Each client had the chance to see the images as I took them, as I had my camera tethered to my laptop through Lightroom.
I had one light set up with two reflectors. One reflector was used to add light to each model, from under the chin and the 2nd reflector was silver to bounce light towards the key light so that each model did not get lost in the black background.
Above are some images from my set-up, I also had my website up on a computer, portfolio out, client list per person and business cards to pass out.
Each shot had a black background with a clear key light from the left, here are some examples of the headshot style.
After completing this successful day I am planning on offering this as a package to customers and from this day I have received some brilliant feedback, please read my google reviews.
