SPRING MINI SHOOT IDEAS?

Exciting announcement!

Mini photography sessions are available

At the start of the 2023, I had a conversation with a client who inquired about the availability of mini photography sessions. After this conversion I decided to delve into research to explore the possibilities of offering such sessions. Following my investigation, I have made the decision to introduce spring-themed mini photo sessions, during the month of May 2024.

Through this blog post, I aim to delve deeper into what these sessions could include and the unique experience I can offer to those who choose to partake in them.

QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:

  • What is involved in a mini-brand shoot?

  • Where will this shoot be?

  • What ideas can I use for SPRING?

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE MINI-BRAND SHOOT?

Whenever you are planning a photo shoot, it is important to take into consideration what can be captured within a 60-minute timeframe. While this may appear to be a substantial amount of time, I will divide it into two parts or quarters for easier management.

Here are the main types of photographs involved in a personal branding photo shoot:

  • Headshot

  • Smiling in the photo

  • Behind the scenes (the work you do).

  • Celebration photography/Thank you photo

During a comprehensive personal brand photography session, you might want to consider incorporating the following types of images. See the list below.

REMEMBER WE HAVE 60 MIN.

By considering the various shooting alternatives proposed above. Made a decision on the collection of images, we can take during your photo session and select the appropriate props to use at the location for these mini photography sessions. These concepts will be aligned with your brand and individuality and focuse on a spring theme.

LOCATION

Chester House Apartment

This is a wonderful spot to make you feel comfortable and at ease. You can engage in various activities here, such as cooking, reading, taking walks, and working from the comfort of your own home.

Here are some pictures taken during the Mini session in May 2023.

Here are some of my suggestions to maintain a spring theme.

This phase of preparing for a photoshoot is the most thrilling. It entails considering the season, especially if shooting outdoors, and including props that align with the time of year. Additionally, as a company, you might have specific product launches scheduled throughout the year or operate in varying ways depending on the season.

Spring symbolizes new beginnings, making it an ideal time to promote or celebrate.

Here are some spring-themed ideas:

  • Spring blossoms and a variety of flowers should be included in the selection.

  • When capturing images outdoors, we have the opportunity to admire the soft azure skies and fluffy white clouds.

  • Depending on your brand, I believe that utilizing colorful food like pastel-hued macarons or party ring cookies could be a great idea. Colorful food tends to add a sense of fun to social media feeds, and spring is typically associated with happiness and optimism.

  • Use fruit-based beverages instead of coffee in a photo featuring someone drinking.

  • When choosing your outfit, think about the clothes you wear. Women can opt for small floral prints or soft-hued accessories. Men can go for a button-down shirt or a stylish T-shirt.

Here are some visuals to aid in brainstorming how the combination of location and spring elements can be used to create new and engaging content for your brand.

I trust that I have provided you with a concise overview of my spring ideas for MINI brand photoshoots.
