During our consultation, we can meet face-to-face, via phone, or connect through Zoom. I’ll ask you about your brand, your goals, and how I can help, and you can ask me any questions you have about my experience and process. Having this conversation will help me better understand you, your brief, and your style/brand.

Upon booking a session, I will send you a simple online contract, and once I receive the deposit, I will reserve the time in my diary for our shoot and editing!

Planning is what makes or breaks a shoot and I will aim to make sure you’re prepared for the shoot. You will receive a mood board after your consultation. We will arrange a consultation call or email to ensure all the details are sorted before the shoot. We will plan everything from art direction to props and lighting. If there’s something you want to achieve, but you’re not sure how, let me know, and this can be included in the photo shoot.

If we are planning a brand or lifestyle shoot and we may need a location if your space isn’t suitable I can offer location scouting as an additional service if you need more in-depth support - just ask me for a quote.

Creating a shot list before the shoot will ensure that I capture everything you want. I will talk you through the considerations so we are prepared for the shoot, for example any props or style.

You can provide your own shoot list if you already know the type of photographs you need.

My aim is to make the shoot as relaxed, light-hearted and stress-free as possible. This is why pre-shoot planning is so important. We will both thoroughly prepare for the photo shoot to ensure a successful session. If any changes need to be made, then let me know before or during the shoot as this will not be a concern as the aim is to enjoy the shoot, while working with me or have confidence that I can complete what you need from working from our collaborative plan.

I’ll choose all the best images from our shoot. I will edit them and create a private online gallery of the images in both Hi & Low Res JPEGS for you to download. You will receive an email with an access link to a private online gallery where you can view and select your favourite pictures.

You have the option to have larger sized images that can be sent via WeTransfer.

Once the editing process is done and you have received the online gallery link the final invoice will be sent to you for payment. Please understand that payment for these edited images needs to be paid before access to download is available.

I like to offer and share support to all clients, so I ask in my contract if clients are happy to tag my socials when sharing the final images or any social #behindthescene post. I will return this social media support and tag when I use the images I took during a client shoot.
